I was told by a shaman once, "Ride the Gold Horse." So when I saw that horse--well, beautiful. And before that I'd had a dream, I was walking in this rainy city, with all these "unsavory" fellows, people that normally, you'd cross the street to avoid, and a herd of horses came crashing through. The most beautiful horse was this palomino all soaked with rain...and we just watched as the horses took over the city.

Thanks for posting that.

Ohhh, that must have been a beautiful dream.

Have you ever heard 'Horses' by Tori Amos? something about your dream reminds me of that song... "and if there is a way to find you, I will find you..."

aaah! yes! bizarre dreams and personal mythology make for excellently intriguing entries of indescribable magnitude!!! i used a lot of words out of love for this idea, just so you know. also, out of enthusiasm about your love of one of my favourite Tori albums.

good times.

OH definitely. That album totally changed my perspective on the Divine Feminine in art and culture. I was blown away the first time I heard it...

I have never played a harpsichord, but I've been trying to track one down. Someday. Someday.

She's chasing tornadoes and just waiting calmly...

for a long time all my dreams had the same theme. a tornado was coming and only i could perceive it. i gathered friends and family, some unbelieving and some with faith in my perception, and urged them across fields, into the basements of abandoned houses.

that album touches me all over as well. I find Leonard Cohen's work to have a really beautiful way of representing the Divine Feminine.

Have you ever listen to Goddess, an album by a relatively obscure group called Troika? see if you can find it online... very good for meditation.

i would loooove to hear the harpsichord worked into your music. holy crapples, that'd be glorious.

Wow...tornado dreams have permeated my life as well...weird. Tornados, horses...yeah, that album really struck something with me.

Leonard Cohen's work is astounding. His dedication to each symbol, his attention to every word is so apparent and devoted. I love him.

I will check out that album...and I'll work on the harpsichord :). Actually, i did work it into a song that's going to be on iTunes soon...It's called "Drink to Sunsets," I'll letcha know when it's up. ;)

you love him! what a wonderful thing to hear!!! i am married to the man. in my heart, that is. i have yet to meet him and convince him that i am the one he's been waiting for all these years. *laughs and tents her fingers*

that is a strange synchronicity. tell me about your tornado dreams? what do tornadoes symbolise for you?

'Drink to Sunsets'... what a lovely title. mmm.
can't wait to hear it ^_^
